We lived on Scramjam for almost 5 years and are now putting her up for sale after having a baby and therefore needing a bigger boat! She's a brilliant liveaboard and we'll be really sad to see her go...but times change and we hope her next owner will get as much happiness, adventure and comfort from living on her as we have. Unfortunately, since her draft is 4ft 2in, she can't fit on the canal system, but she sturdily navigates the riverways, estuaries and seas. We've taken her on the Thames, Medway, and would have loved to have taken her over the channel to France and through the canals there, but never got the chance.
We bought Scramjam from the original family (who commissioned her in 1977). She was commissioned and built with and aft cabin and no sailing rig. We have the original bill of sale and lots of paperwork.
